Call for New Boulder Pride Community House Featured Artist! Calling All Visual Artists!
Boulder Pride would like to find local GLBTQ artists to display their works at the Pride House community center. Please contact Kirsten at (303) 499-5777 or kirsten@boulderpride.org
Smokers, let your voice be heard!
Maybe you want to quit, maybe you don’t.
Either way, Boulder Pride wants your opinion.
Smoking rates among the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender population are much higher than those in the larger population. For decades, the tobacco industry has targeted GLBT communities with billions spent in advertising, free products, sponsorships, and expensively crafted campaigns. We know quitting tobacco can be hard. We need to know how as a community we can help each other when and if a person wants to quit. Boulder Pride is a partner in the Smoke Free GLBT program as part of our mission of acheiving the well-being of all LGBT people in Boulder County.
If you are a smoker, we want your insight. We want to learn from your experiences, so that if you decide you want to quit, you and others in our community have the right resources. Taking eight minutes to complete this survey is time well spent, and will direct the next few years of our work and allocate limited resources for the GLBT community. We think that is important and hope you do as well. Take the Colorado GLBT tobacco survey now. If you experience technical problems or have questions about the survey, please call Kirsten at Boulder Pride, 303-499-5777 x3.
